Checkout Options for International Customers
The Denim Shop is pleased to offer two checkout options for our international customers. Customers may use International Checkout for the most options in payment forms and shipping locations or may use our Standard Checkout which accepts PayPal payments to confirmed shipping addresses only. Please read below to discover which checkout is better for you.
International Checkout
- To place an order using this method, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a link at the bottom of the page that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click that link.
- The contents of The Denim Shop cart will automatically be transferred to your cart at InternationalCheckout.com. Complete the order process at International Checkout. The friendly and professional people at International Checkout will process your order.
- Some manufacturers (i.e. Seven for All Mankind and The North Face) limit the sale of their products outside the United States.
- All inquiries regarding your international order should be directed to Support@InternationalCheckout.com.
Standard Checkout for International Customers
- PayPal with verified account & confirmed shipping address is the only form of payment accepted via Standard Checkout. Typically PayPal is only able to confirm shipping addresses in Canada, the United Kingdom, and a few other places. If a confirmed PayPal shipping address is not possible where you live you should use International Checkout.
- Customer is responsible for all duties & custom taxes.
- Orders over $500 will not be accepted in order not delay custom clearances
- Some manufacturers (i.e. Seven for All Mankind and The North Face) limit the sale of their products outside the United States
- Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to ship
- Before placing your order with us, please be advised that international returns are both expensive and time-consuming. Many customers have had success selling unwanted items to friends or on Ebay or similar sites instead of paying the return shipping costs to the United States. We will accept returns from customers for up to 30 days from the date that your merchandise is delivered provided you follow our standard return policy. We are unable to provide refunds for any custom fees, taxes, or shipping expenses and are unable to provide free shipping on exchanges to our international customers.
- Use the regular checkout button and select Standard Ground to Canada or Global Priority Mail as your shipping method
- Orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail
- Refused shipments will be charged a $30 restocking fee.
